fa باورها و عملکرد اقتصادی: بررسی تطبیقی آرای نورث و وبر پژوهشي Research <p align="justify" style="DIRECTION: rtl">تاکنون نظریه‌های گوناگونی درباره عوامل موثر بر توسعه و علل تفاوت در سطح توسعه کشورها ارایه شده است. در این مقاله با اتکاء بر تحلیل مقایسه‌ای، به بررسی آراء وبر به‌عنوان یکی از جامعه‌شناسان مطرح عضو مکتب تاریخی آلمان و همچنین داگلاس نورث به‌عنوان یک اندیشمند نهادگرا پرداخته ‌شده است. در این مقاله نشان داده می‌شود که علاوه بر تاثیراتی که مکتب تاریخی آلمان بر شکل‌گیری پارادایم اقتصاد نهادی داشته است، میان آرای نورث و وبر نیز شباهت‌ها و تفاوت‌های مهمی وجود دارد. یافته‌ها نشان دادند که نورث از تبیین وبر در مورد تاثیر عواملی مانند فرهنگ، ارزش‌ها و باورها بر عملکرد اقتصادی استفاده نمود است. با این حال نورث با استفاده از مفهوم نهاد توانسته است تبیین بهتری از نحوه تاثیر این عوامل بر عملکرد اقتصادی ارایه کند. از سوی دیگر به نظر می‌رسد رویکرد نهادی که در سال‌های اخیر بسیار مورد توجه قرار گرفته است، رویکردی مناسب برای وارد کردن متغیرهای اجتماعی در مباحث اقتصادی است. </p> So far various theories have been proposed in a try to explain the influential factors on development as well as the reasons of difference among the levels of development in countries. This article tries to use comparative analysis to study Max Weber’s ideas (as a distinguished sociologist of German Historical School) and those of Douglas North (as an institutional economist). This study indicates that in addition to German Historical School’s effect on the formation of institutional economics paradigm, there are outstanding similarities and differences between the ideas of Weber and North. The findings indicate that North has used Weber’s explanation regarding the effects of factors such as culture, values and beliefs on the economic performance. Meanwhile, North uses the concept of institution to better explain how these factors influence the economic performance.
