fa بررسی وضعیت بخش حمل و نقل استان مازندران و مقایسه آن با ویژگی‌های بخش حمل و نقل دیگر استان‌های کشور كاربردي Applicable <p style=DIRECTION: rtl align=justify>شناخت ویژگی‌های حمل و نقل استان‌ها می‌تواند به برنامه‌ریزی اقتصادی مناطق کمک کند. این مقاله با استفاده از تحلیل داده‌ها و شاخص ضریب مکانی2 اقدام به تبیین وضعیت بخش‌های اقتصادی استان برای شناسایی ویژگی‌های حمل و نقل مورد نیاز آن کرده است. بررسی وضعیت بخش حمل و نقل استان و مقایسه ویژگی‌های آن با دیگر استان‌های کشور از دیگر اهداف این مقاله است. نتایج تحقیق که براساس حساب تولید استان‌های کشور در سال 1379 به دست‌آمده، حاکی از آن است که این استان در زمینه حمل مسافر از رفت و آمد مداوم مسافر برخوردار است. در زمینه بار نیز به دلیل کشاورزی بودن منطقه و عدم توسعه کارخانجات صنعتی در آن، استان به صادرکننده کالاهای کشاورزی و واردکننده کالاهای صنعتی تبدیل شده که در نتیجه حمل و نقل متناسب با آن مورد نیاز است. همچنین حمل و نقل جاده‌ای و به خصوص ریلی استان در مقایسه با کشور از مزیت نسبی برخوردار است اما به دلایلی چون پراکندگی جمعیت، مسائل جغرافیایی و فقدان زیرساخت‌های لازم، عمده جابه‌جایی‌های بار و مسافر استان به صورت جاده‌ای انجام می‌شود و سهم حمل و نقل ریلی در این استان بسیار اندک است. </p> Getting informed on the characteristics of provincial transportation could be helpful in regional economic planning. This paper tries to describe the situations in provincial economic sectors through data analysis and location quotient in order to identify the necessary characteristics of transportation. It also attempts at examining transportation status of the province and comparing its characteristics with those of other provinces. The results of the research, conducted on the basis of the production accounts of the Irans provinces within 2000, show that Mazandaran provinces passengers transportation is continual. In respect to cargo, as the province is an agricultural region and industrial factories are not so developed there, Mazandaran has turned into an exporter of agricultural products and importer of industrial items hence there is a need for an appropriate transportation system to meet the requirements. Meanwhile, road and especially railroad transportation in Mazandaran province have relative priority compared to the whole country.
