fa تغییر نهادی عمومى General پژوهشي Research تغییر را می‌توان مهمترین مسأله در فرایند دستیابی کشورها به توسعه دانست. با توجه به اهمیت نهادها در فرایند توسعه، در حال حاضر، بحث تغییر نهادی، به یکی از مسائل مهم نهادگرایان و اندیشمندان توسعه بدل شده است. در مقاله حاضر، نشان می‌دهیم که از میان تبیین‌های مختلفی که درباره تغییر نهادی بیان شده است، تبیین گروهی از اندیشمندان که تلاش می‌کنند با اتکاء بر ایده‌ها، به تبیین مسأله تغییر نهادی بپردازند، بهتر است. در این میان، تبیین گریف و به ویژه نورث، با استقبال اندیشمندان مواجه شده است، ولی این تحلیل‌ها نیز ضعف‌هایی دارد. یکی از مهم‌ترین ضعف‌های نظریه‌های مذکور، از جمله نظریه نورث این است که در آن توضیح داده نمی‌شود که چگونه باور (ایده) جدیدی که کارآفرینان ارائه کرده‌اند، مورد پذیرش عمومی قرار می‌گیرد. بر اساس بررسی‌های ما، توجه به نکاتی که سایر اندیشمندان درباره نحوه فراگیر شدن ایده‌ها مطرح کرده‌اند، می‌تواند به بهبود تبیین نورث و سایر تبیین‌ها درباره تغییر نهادی کمک کند. Change could be deemed the most pivotal issue in the process of countries’ gaining access to development. Having the important status of institutions in mind as far as development is concerned, the institutional change has turned into an outstanding subject among institutionalists as well as development thinkers. This article demonstrates that from among the various explanations presented about institutional change, the ones are regarded preferably better that try to explain “institutional change” on the basis of ideas. Meanwhile Greif’s and particularly North’s explanations are welcomed by intellectuals even though they suffer from some shortcomings. One of the evident weaknesses of these theories, including that of North’s, is that it fails to explain why a new idea proposed by entrepreneurs is publicly accepted.
