fa اقتصاد نهادگرای اصیل تأملی در اندیشه‌های کامنز و رویکرد مبادلاتی او Original Institutional Economics: A Review of Commons’ Thoughts and his Transactional Approach پژوهشي Research حدود صد سال پیش والتون همیلتون در اقدامی تاریخی سعی کرد رویکرد بدیلی را با عنوان اقتصاد نهادگرا به علم اقتصاد معرفی کند. او سعی داشت نشان دهد که اقتصاد نهادگرا یک پارادایم علمی گسترده و فراگیر است و می‌تواند علم اقتصاد را متحد سازد. واقعیت آن است که، این مکتب به خوبی توانست به کمک بنیانگذاران و شارحین خود برای چند دهه بر دانشگاه‌های معتبر دنیا حکمرانی کند. کامنز یکی از بنیانگذاران اقتصاد نهادگراست که موفق به تربیت اقتصاددانان بزرگی شده است و برای سال‌های متمادی اندیشه‌های نهادی او بر یکی از معتبرترین دانشگاههای آن زمان، یعنی دانشگاه ویسکانسین، حاکم بود. نکته ای که در این مقاله به آن پرداخته می شود این است که رویکرد تحلیلی کامنز به مسائل و موضوعات اقتصادی چه بوده است؟ نگاه نهادی او چه تفاوتی را در تحلیل های اقتصادی موجب شد؟ اساساً، ، او چه چیز اقتصاد مرسوم را همچون وبلن و میچل ناکافی میدانست که سعی کرد مکتبی به نام اقتصاد نهادگرا را بنا کند؟ او چه تفاوتهایی در تحلیل های اقتصادی به وجود آورد و بر چه موضوع هایی تاکید داشت؟ به طور مشخص، تاکید او بر مفهوم مبادله، چه تحولی در بنیان های علم اقتصاد به وجود آورد؟ در این مقاله با نگاهی خاص و متفاوت و بر اساس روش تحلیل متنی به این موضوع ها پرداخته می شود. همچنین این موضوع که کامنز با بینش منحصر به فرد خود نسبت به مفهوم نهاد توانست ضمن تغییر واحد تحلیل اقتصاد، رویکرد جدیدی را که می‌توان از آن با عنوان رویکرد مبادلاتی یاد کرد، برای این حوزه از معرفت بشری به ارمغان آورد، مورد اشاره قرار می گیرد. <div style="text-align: justify;">About a hundred years ago, Walton Hamilton, in a historical event tried to introduce an alternative approach to economics, known as institutional economics. He intended to show that the institutional economics is an extensive and comprehensive scientific paradigm that could unite the whole economics. In fact, this school of thought well succeeded to rule over the prestigious universities of the world for some decades with the help of its founders and explainers. Commons, one of the founders of the institutional economics, trained great economists and his institutional ideas ruled over Wisconsin University, one of the most prestigious universities of the time. This paper tries to answer such questions as follows: What was Commons’ analytical approach to economic issues and problems? What were the differences of his institutional perspective in conducting economic analyses? Essentially, what shortcomings did Commons besides Veblen and Mitchell assume in the mainstream economics that tried to found the institutional economics? What differences did Commons create in economic analyses and what did he emphasize on? Specifically speaking, what transformations did his emphasis on the concept of transaction bring about in the principles of economics?
