fa مروری بر مدل‌سازی اندازه‌گیری ناکارایی اقتصاد خرد Microeconomics مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">بنگاه اقتصادی ناکارا با به‌کارگیری ترکیب غیربهینه سرمایه و نیروی کار، و به‌ویژه انرژی&shy;، باعث اتلاف منابع می &shy;گردد. اندازه‌گیری ناکارایی و شناسایی عوامل بروز آن بر دستیابی بنگاه به تولید بالقوه خود و در نتیجه پایداری رشد اقتصادی و افزایش رفاه اقتصادی جامعه موثر است. در عین حال، انتخاب مدل مناسب به منظور اندازه‌گیری ناکارایی همواره یکی از چالش‌های اساسی پیشاروی پژوهشگران این حوزه بوده است. هدف این پژوهش ارائه نمایی کلی از مفهوم کارایی و انواع آن، و مدل‌های مختلف اندازه‌گیری آن با تاکید بر رویکرد توابع مرزی است. با توجه به حجم زیاد مقالات نظری و تجربی در زمینۀ اندازه‌گیری کارایی، سهم این پژوهش بررسی سیر تحولات مدل‌های مورد استفاده در ادبیات ناکارایی با تاکید بر مدل &rlm;های مرزی، به&rlm; گونه &rlm;ای است که درک مناسبی از نقاط ضعف و قوت آن‌ها ارائه ‌دهد و بدین ترتیب به پژوهشگر برای ایجاد چارچوبی واضح با توجه به امکانات و محدودیت</span><span lang="AR-SA">&lrm;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">های موجود برای تجزیه‌&rlm;وتحلیل و انتخاب مدل مناسب کمک نماید. سهم دیگر پژوهش حاضر این است که برای اندازه &rlm;گیری هرچه دقیق&rlm; تر ناکارایی از بُعد نظری و فنی پیشنهادهایی ارائه می&rlm; دهد که تاکنون در ادبیات موضوع به آن پرداخته نشده است.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="color:black"><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">An inefficient firm causes a waste of resources by using a non-optimal combination of capital and labor and especially energy. Measuring inefficiency and identifying the factors that cause it is vital in achieving the firm&#39;s potential production and, as a result, the sustainability of economic growth and increasing the economic well-being of the society. Meanwhile, choosing the right model to measure inefficiency is always one of the basic challenges among researchers in this field. This study attempts to provide an overview of the concept of efficiency and its types and different measurement models with an emphasis on the Frontier Analysis. Considering the large volume of theoretical and experimental studies in inefficiency, our review aims to provide a proper understanding of their strengths and weaknesses by investigating the evolution of the models demonstrated in the literature, and thus helps the researcher to create a clear framework for analysis and choosing the appropriate model.
