fa بررسی انسجام نظری اقتصاد نهادگرایی جدید Theoretical Integration of New Institutional Economics عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی انسجام یا التقاط نظری اقتصاد نهادگرایی جدید بر اساس الگوی چهارمرحله ای تلینگز است. بررسی اولین گام نشان می دهد که نهادگرایان جدید به منظور عدم تقابل آشکار با جریان قدرتمند علمی آن زمان، هدف خود را تعدیل فروض نئوکلاسیکی اعلام کردند، اما در واقع هدف اصلی آن‌ها، گسترش و تقویت تفکر نهادی در بستر نئوکلاسیکی بود. بررسی گام دوم نشان می&lrm;دهد که این نحله با لحاظ فروضی نظیر فردگرایی روش شناختی و عقلانیت محدود، چارچوب نهادی را به عنوان قواعد تعاملی می داند که افراد از آن برای کاهش هزینه مبادله استفاده می کنند. هزینه مبادله نقطه اتصالی است که نهادها را به عملکرد اقتصادی نئوکلاسیکی وارد می کند، پس می توان نتیجه گرفت که نهادگرایی جدید در برقراری فرازبان موفق بوده است. در گام سوم، مشخص می&lrm;شود که ترکیب از نوع سنتزی و عمودی است. بررسی عمیق موضوع در گام آخر نشان می دهد که مهم‌ترین چالش نهادگرایی جدید، بروز پسگرد نامحدود نهادی به علت بهینه سازی مشروط به چارچوب نهادی است. وقوع چنین تعارضاتی دال بر التقاط نظری ناآگاهانه نیست، بلکه به علت استفاده از نظریه نئوکلاسیک به عنوان ابزاری برای نفوذ تفکر نهادی میان اقتصاددانان است. جمیع این نتایج حکایت از انسجام مناسب این جریان به عنوان یک برنامه پژوهشی دارد.</div> The purpose of this study is to investigate the theoretical integration or eclecticism of New Institutional Economics (NIE) on the basis of the four-stage Tillings model. The first step demonstrates that the new institutionalists, as to confront the hegemonic scientific mainstream, stated that their goal was to moderate neoclassical assumptions, but in fact, their main goal was to expand and strengthen institutional thinking in the neoclassical context. The second step indicates that NIE, in terms of assumptions such as methodological individualism and limited rationality, considers the institutional framework as an interactive rule that individuals implement to reduce the Transaction Cost (TC). TC is the connecting point that brings institutions into neoclassical economic performance; so it can be concluded that the NIE has been successful in establishing a metalanguage. The third step maintains that the composition is synthetic and vertical. An in-depth study of the issue in the last step illustrates that the most important challenge of the NIE is the occurrence of infinite regression due to conditional optimization of the institutional framework. The occurrence of such conflicts does not imply an unintentional theoretical eclecticism, but rather the use of neoclassical theory as a means of influencing institutional thinking among economists.
