fa ارزیابی بهره‌وری و کارایی پرورش قارچ خوراکی استان‌های منتخب کشور: رویکرد تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها اقتصادصنعتی industrial economics پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">هدف محوری این پژوهش، ارزیابی بهره‌وری و کارایی صنعت پرورش قارچ خوراکی است. برای تحقق این هدف، با بکارگیری شاخص مالم‌کوئیست و با استفاده از روش تحلیل پوششی داده‌‌ها رشد بهره‌وری کل عوامل تولید در صنعت قارچ خوراکی شش استان منتخب (فارس، قزوین، تهران، البرز، خراسان رضوی، و اصفهان) در بازه زمانی 1397-1388 محاسبه می‌شود. این پژوهش با تجزیۀ شاخص به دو اثر تغییر در فناوری و تغییر در کارایی فنی، بهره‌وری کل عوامل تولید را مورد سنجش و ارزیابی قرار می‌دهد. نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن است که استان اصفهان بالاترین بهره‌وری را به میزان 8/15 درصد در سال (رشد مثبت) دارد و استان البرز با کاهش بهره‌وری 6/1 درصدی در سال (رشد منفی) مواجه است. با گذشت زمان، نوسان‌هایی در بهره‌وری کل عوامل تولید مشاهده می‌شود، به‌طوری که اثر تغییرهای فناوری بر بهره‌وری بیش&rlm;تر از تغییرهای کارایی فنی است. از این‌رو، برای افزایش بهره‌وری لازم است کارایی فنی و کارایی مقیاس بهبود یابد که در راستای رسیدن به این مهم، پژوهش حاضر دارای پیشنهادهای اجرایی و پژوهشی است.</span></span> <div style="text-align: justify;">The main purpose of this article is to evaluate the productivity and efficiency in meadow mushroom cultivation industry. To achieve this goal, by using the growth of total factors productivity in meadow mushroom farms in the six selected (Fars, Qazvin, Tehran, Alborz, Khorasan Razavi and Esfahan) provinces this has been calculated using the Malmquist index and data envelopment analysis (DEA) method for the period 2008-2018. By dividing the index into two effects of change in technology and change in technical efficiency, this study evaluates the total productivity of production&nbsp;factors. Moreover, this study attempts to evaluate the progress and&nbsp;recession rates of productivity. The results indicated that Isfahan province has the highest productivity of 15.8% Per year (positive growth) and Alborz province was facing a decrease in productivity of 1.6% per year (negative growth). On the other hand, the ratio of technological changes to productivity&nbsp;was more than the ratio of efficiency to productivity. So, to increase&nbsp;meadow mushroom productivity, it is necessary to improve technical&nbsp;efficiency and scale efficiency.
