fa ارزیابی کارایی و رشد بهره وری صنعت حمل و نقل مسافربری: کاربرد تابع تجزیه پذیر مرزی توسعه اقتصادی، اقتصاد منطقه ای و رشد economic development, regional economics and growth پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف محوری پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی رشد بهره‌وری کل عوامل و انواع مولفه‌های کارایی موثر بر آن در شرکت‌های حمل‌ونقل هوایی بخش مسافربری کشور ایران است. بدین منظور از رویکرد پارامتریک تابع تولید تجزیه‌پذیر مرزی استفاده می&rlm; شود که در آن رشد بهره‌وری عوامل تولید، متاثر از نرخ رشد پیشرفت فنی، تغییرهای کارایی فنی، و کارایی مقیاس است تا ضمن بهره‌گیری از داده‌های 12 شرکت فعال در صنعت هوایی ایران در سال‌های 1397-1390 به این مهم پرداخته شود. نتایج پژوهش نشان می&rlm; دهد که سال 1393 بیش&rlm;ترین ضریب نرخ رشد بهره‌وری را به خود اختصاص می&rlm; دهد. همچنین، در بین عوامل موثر بر رشد بهره‌وری عوامل تولید، تغییرهای کارایی فنی و کارایی مقیاس بیش&rlm;ترین اثرگذاری را دارند. علاوه بر این، نتایج دلالت بر آن دارد که با افزایش سهم بازاری هر شرکت، ناکارایی در این صنعت کاهش می &rlm;یابد. بنابراین، سهم بازاری همسو با نرخ رشد پیشرفت فنی، تغییرهای کارایی فنی، و بهره‌برداری از صرفۀ مقیاس به عنوان عوامل افزایش&rlm; دهندۀ بهره‌وری عوامل تولید و کارایی در این صنعت به&rlm; شمار می&rlm; روند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The main purpose of this study is to measure the productivity and efficiency of Iran&rsquo;s airline industry. To meet this ends, the data of 12 companies in the airline industry were used over the period 2011-2018. Also, this article sought to measure total factor productivity, technological progress, scale efficiency, and changes in technical efficiency by using a stochastic frontier and parametric approaches. The results show that the highest total factor productivity and change efficiency occurred in 2014. Moreover, among the effective factors on productivity, the change efficiency and economies of scale have the greatest impact. Although some of the companies exhausted all the scale economies, some still have not done that yet. Therefore, by increasing product scale and air fleet capacity, economies of scale can be exploited further. In addition, the results imply that increasing the market share of each company leads to a reduction of inefficiency in this industry.
