fa سرمایه گذاری مستقم خارجی و فرضیه پناهگاه آلودگی پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL"><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">مسائل زیست محیطی، &shy;به&shy;ویژه پدیده گرمایش جهانی، به دلیل افزایش گازهای گلخانه</span></span></span></span><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: cambria,serif;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">‌</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">ای در چند دهه پسین به مسأله&shy;ای جهانی تبدیل شده است. با توجه به اهمیت سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی، برخی از کشورها از محیط زیست خود به عنوان مزیتی نسبی برای جذب سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی استفاده می‌کنند. در این مطالعه و در قالب یک مدل نظری به بررسی فرضیه پناهگاه آلودگی می‌پردازیم و استاندارد‌های زیست محیطی را در حضور سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی بررسی می‌کنیم. بر این اساس، مسأله‌ای مدل می‌شود که در آن یک بنگاه خارجی که در حال سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی در کشور نخست است، با بنگاه داخلی در کشور دوم به رقابت مقداری برای صادرات کالای همگن به کشور سوم می‌پردازند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد در حالتی که همه بنگاه‌های فعال در صنعت فناوری یکسان داشته باشند، فرضیه پناهگاه آلودگی رد می‌شود؛ اما در صورتی‌که بنگاه‌های تولیدی دارای فناوری تولید و آلایندگی متفاوتی باشند، کشور میزبان سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی می‌تواند میزبان و پناهگاه آلودگی نیز شود.</span></span></span></span></p> <div style="text-align: justify;">Environmental problems have become a critical global issue, especially the global warming issue resulting from increased greenhouse gases over the past few decades. Nevertheless, due to the importance of foreign direct investment (FDI) for some countries, they use their environment as a comparative advantage to attract FDI. In this study, by using a theoretical model, we review the pollution haven hypothesis and environmental standards in the direct presence of FDI. In this model, a foreign firm investing in the first country, competes with a domestic firm in the second country for exporting homogeneous goods to the third country. The results show that the pollution haven hypothesis is rejected when all firms operate with the same technology.
