fa ارزیابی رویکردهای اقتصاد تطوری و ریشه های فکری آنها كاربردي Applicable با نگاه به سیر تاریخی مطالعات صورت گرفته در چارچوب اقتصاد تطوری می توان به سبقه  طولانی این رویکرد اشاره نمود. به طوری که طیف مطالعات صورت پذیرفته در این حوزه، دیدگاه های  مارکسیست های اولیه تا نئولیبرالیست های اتریشی را در برمیگیرد، اما نقطه عطف این مطالعات که زمینه را برای گسترش این رویکرد بیش از گذشته فراهم نمود، انتشار کتاب «یک نظریه تطوری از تغییر اقتصادی» توسط نلسون و وینتر بوده است. در این مقاله، تلاش گردیده تا به اقتصاد تطوری به عنوان یکی از رویکردهای رقیب در مقابل رویکرد متعارف، پرداخته شود. در ارتباط با جایگاه رویکرد تطوری در جریان های فکری متعارف باید عنوان نمود که تمرکز دیدگاه های متعارف در تحلیل مسایل عمدتاً بر روی مدل های ایستا و بحث های تسویه بازار و تخصیص بهینه بوده و این تمرکز کماکان نیز برقرار است، اما در نیمه اول قرن بیستم و با اهمیت یافتن مساله رشد اقتصادی، ارایه دیدگاه های بدیل در این حوزه با تحولات قابل ملاحظه ای روبه رو گشت که از جمله آنها می توان به مطرح شدن نقش نوآوری در این نظریه ها اشاره نمود که در نهایت خود را در قالب مدل های رشد تطوری مطرح نموده اند. در مورد جریان های فکری رقیبِ جریانِ متعارف نیز باید اشاره نمود که تاثیر رویکرد تطوری بر جریان های فکری مختلف قابل پیگیری و بررسی است که در این مقاله تلاش گردیده تا به برخی از آنها، همچون مکتب تاریخی آلمان، شومپیترین ها اشاره نماید. در بخش دیگر این مطالعه، به وجوه مشترک مفهومی در دیدگاه های مطرح در رویکرد تطوری به اقتصاد، همچون تغییر و تحول، تدریج گرایی، تنوع، و عقلانیت محدود پرداخته شده و سپس برخی وجوه تمایز همچون بهینه بودن تطور و به کارگیری مفاهیم زیستی مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفته است. همچنین در نهایت به سه جریان فکری اقتصادی (شامل اتریشی ها، نئوشومپیترین ها و نهادگرایان شناختی جدید) اشاره گشته و تلاش گردیده تا به رویکرد فکری آنها در ارتباط با اصول تطوری پرداخته شود Casting a chronological glance at the trend of studies in the evolutionary economics area suffices to come to the point that the approach enjoys a long historical background. It is to say that the studies conducted in this area consist of miscellaneous thoughts ranging from insight of early Marxists to Austrian neo-liberalists. Nevertheless, a landmark study that paved the way for the development of the approach was Nelson & Winter’s 1982 book "An Evolutionary Theory of Economic Change". This article tries to study the Evolutionary Economics as a rival approach vis-à-vis the mainstream one. As for the mainstream approach, it is to be noted that the analysis of issues is basically focus on static models, continuous market clearing and optimum allocation. Yet, in the first half of the twentieth century and amid growing importance of economic growth-related topics, alternative perspectives were considerably developed. Accordingly, the introduction of innovation concept in the growth theories played a great role in the formation of evolutionary growth model. As for the intellectual thoughts rival mainstream approach, it should be claimed that the influence of evolutionary approach on diverse schools of economic thought are detectable. This article tries to go over some of them including German Historic School and Schumpeterian. Moreover, the researchers, in another part, discussed the concepts such as gradualism, diversity and bounded rationality as the common conceptual aspects observable among ideas of prominent thinkers of evolutionary approach along with some distinguishing concepts such as optimality and biological concepts.
