fa بررسی رابطه بین استقلال بانک مرکزی و تورم در ایران كاربردي Applicable <p style=DIRECTION: rtl align=justify>در این مطالعه، استقلال بانک مرکزی و رابطه آن با تورم با استفاده از داده‌های 56 کشور در حال توسعه طی دهه 90 بررسی شده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که در این کشورها ارتباط معناداری بین تورم و استقلال بانک مرکزی وجود ندارد. به عبارت دیگر، براساس شواهد موجود، تمام کشورهای در حال توسعه با درجه بالای استقلال بانک مرکزی دارای نرخ تورم پایین نیستند به عواملی از قبیل درجه توسعه یافتگی بازارهای مالی، ساختاری درآمدی کشور و نحوه تأمین مالی کسری بودجه آنها بستگی دارد. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده و نیز با توجه به مجموعه شرایط حاکم بر منابع درآمدی و توسعه نیافتگی بازارهای مالی در ایران، استقلال بانک مرکزی کشور به تعمق بیشتری نیاز دارد و لازم است قبل از هر چیز توسعه بازار مالی و اصلاح ساختار بودجه دولت مورد توجه قرار گیرد. </p> This paper tries to survey the independence of Central Bank of Iran and its relationship to inflation by using the data of 56 developing countries during 1990s. The results signifies that there are no significant relationship between inflation and the independence of central banks in these countries. In other words, according to the existing evidences, not all the developing countries with high degrees of independence in their central banks have low levels of inflation and it depends on factors such as financial markets development level, national income structure and the way the country meets its budget deficit.
